At Hilltopper Lacrosse, the health, safety, and well-being of our players always come first.
As a sanctioned club under the USA Lacrosse umbrella, we follow nationally established guidelines for player safety, sportsmanship, and player development.


✅ Our Commitment to Safety
🔹 Certified Coaches
Every Hilltopper practice, clinic, and event has USA Lacrosse Certified Coaches on staff.
All coaches are trained in player health, safety, and positive coaching practices.

We adopt and implement the USA Lacrosse Guidelines for:

We are committed to protecting players from head injuries and ensuring a safe return-to-play protocol.

Hilltopper Lacrosse maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.


We ask every player, parent, and coach to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.

🧰 Equipment — “Fully Equipped” Checklist

  • Boys (Field): Helmet (NOCSAE/SEI), ND200 shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouthguard, cup, cleats, stick. (USA Lacrosse, NOCSAE)
  • Boys (Goalie): Helmet + throat guard, ND200 chest protector, goalie gloves, mouthguard, cup, cleats, goalie stick. (USA Lacrosse)
  • Girls (Field): SEI/ASTM F3077 eyewear, mouthguard, girls’ stick, cleats. (Headgear F3137 optional.) (USA Lacrosse)
  • Girls (Goalie): Helmet + throat guard, chest protector, padded gloves, mouthguard, thigh-pad shorts/pants, goalie stick, cleats. (USA Lacrosse)
